

Brian is a co-founder of Glocap and is the head of strategy, new product and market development. Brian also oversees the private equity practice and personally focuses placing experienced Principal and Partner-level investment professionals into private equity funds. From his experience since 1997 covering the Private Equity industry, Brian has developed a deep insight on emerging compensation and hiring trends that allows for a more sophisticated, consultative approach when advising clients on shaping their core staffing/growth strategies. Brian is the author of the Glocap Guide to Getting a Job In Private Equity which has sold thousands of copies and is published by Wiley & Sons and also co-edits the annual private equity compensation report which Glocap publishes with Thomson.
Before joining Glocap, Brian worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (DMG) focusing mainly on corporate finance transactions in the telecommunications sector. Brian actively volunteers his time as a Board Director with Streetwise Partners, a non-profit group that trains individuals in interviewing, computer and general office skills. Brian graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Brian is married with two children.
