Naveen Wadhera

Director and Country Head, TA Associates

Naveen Wadhera heads TA’s Mumbai office and concentrates his efforts on investments in India and other emerging markets. Naveen played an active role in TA’s investments in 2nd Story Software, Drive Assist, GlobeOp Financial Services, ION Trading and SmartStream Technologies and, most recently, led the firm’s investment in Micromax Informatics Limited. Prior to joining TA in 2001 in the Boston office, Naveen worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Broadview International. He also worked as a member of the Asian Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs & Co and at Accretive LLC. Naveen received a BSc degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of Finance.
